Yes. For best results, apply Lids By Design to clean, bare skin before any makeup, oils, or moisturizers. Once the strip is in place and fully bonded, you may apply makeup as usual, being careful to avoid oily makeup or serums around the strip.

For eyeshadow, we recommend using Transforming Shadow Base or Colorset All-In-One pencil as a primer over the
strip and eyelid area to create a smoother, more even surface before applying shadow.
