If you are not completely satisfied with your ContoursRx.com purchase, please complete a return for a full refund. Return shipping and handling fees are not included in your refund. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges or the return charges unless the return was a result of Contours Rx error. Should you return 1 or more items and the total purchase does not end up being $50 or more S&H will be deducted from your refund. For free lifetime Precision Tweezer replacements, as stated in the product description, you must notify Contours Rx and are responsible for paying return S&H. 

  • In order to receive a full refund, return your purchase by mail within 30 days of purchase date.
  • If we receive your item(s) 31+ days from purchase date or if the box is returned with more than 30 correcting strips used, you will not be entitled to any form of refund or credit.

ContoursRx.com Returns by Mail 

  • To return your item(s), include your name, e-mail address, and phone number so that we can contact you if necessary.
  • Package your return item(s) in the original product box and packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
  • Mail your return via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class with Tracking is suggested.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

It may take up to 10 days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. Contours Rx In-store Purchases

Contours Rx in-store purchases must be returned at the retail location where originally purchased. We do not accept returns from outside retail locations. 

Returned Purchase Confirmation email 

When our warehouse has received your return and it is ready to be processed, you will receive a Return Confirmation e-mail in your inbox. The e-mail contains the details of your return shipment as well as information about your refund. Please note that returns can take up to 10 days.
