Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please return it for a full refund. Return shipping and handling fees are not included in your order. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges or the return charges unless the return was a result of our error. Should you return 1 or more items and the total purchase does not end up being $50 or more S&H will be deducted from your refund. For free lifetime Precision Tweezer replacements, as stated in the product description, you must notify Contours Rx and are responsible for paying S&H. 


  • When you return your purchase to by mail within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s).
  • If we receive your item(s) 31+ days of purchase date or if the box is returned with more than 30 correcting strips used, the client will not be entitled to any form of refund or credit. Returns by Mail


  • Simply return your items(s). Include your name, e-mail address, and phone numbers so that we can contact you, if necessary.
  • Package your return item in the Contours Rx's product box and packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
  • Mail your return via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class with Tracking is suggested.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

It may take up to 10 days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.


Contours Rx In-store Purchases


Contours Rx In-store purchases must be returned at the retail location where originally purchased. We do not accept returns for other store merchandise. 


Returned Purchase Confirmation email


When the warehouse has received your return and it is ready to be processed, you will be receiving a Return Confirmation e-mail in your inbox. The e-mail contains the details of your return shipment as well as information about your refund. Please note that returns can take up to 10 days.
