Once placement of LIDS BY DESIGN eyelift strip is complete. Use Extended Wear Adhesive if needed. Simply apply small amount of Transforming Shadow Base over the eyelid to minimize wrinkles and shadows. Once fully dry apply your favorite eye shadow colors for your desired look.
