Data Deletion Instructions

If you’ve used a Contours Rx app or created an account with us and want your personal data deleted, follow the steps below. We will process your request promptly and confirm once it’s complete.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Email Info@contoursrx.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”

  2. Include:

    • Your full name

    • The email address used with Contours Rx (and/or order number)

    • If applicable, the app or service you used (e.g., “Contours Rx Shopify app”)

  3. We’ll verify your identity and begin deletion.

What We Delete

Upon verification, we delete or anonymize:

  • Contact information (name, email, phone)

  • Account/profile data

  • Order history and identifiers (as permitted by law/accounting rules)

  • In-app event data linked to your account

  • Support/chat history tied to your identity

What We May Retain

We may retain limited information when required for:

  • Fraud prevention and security

  • Legal or tax/accounting obligations (e.g., invoice records)

  • Resolving active disputes or enforcing our terms

Timeline

  • We acknowledge your request within 7 days.

  • We complete deletion (or provide a rationale for any retention) within 30 days.

Third-Party Services

If your data was processed by trusted partners (e.g., payments, analytics, shipping), we will forward your deletion request to those providers or inform you how to contact them directly.

Region-Specific Rights

If you are in the EU/UK, California, or other regions with specific privacy rights, you may also have the right to access, correct, or port your data. Please mention your region in your request so we can handle it accordingly.
